Limousine Charter Policy and Agreement

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will be billed the entire amount of the contract.   Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail.  By accepting the terms and conditions of this contract and entering your credit card information in the appropriated fields, you are authorizing Lowcountry Excursions LLC, parent company of White Tie Limousine, to charge your credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered.   We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed.

Terms and conditions:

I, do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of this contract.

1. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
2. No weapons of any kind will be permitted in the vehicle.
3. Clients will be held financially liable of ANY AND ALL DAMAGES caused to the vehicle by vandalism, negligence, and drunkenness. $200 fee for any vomit in the limousine, $10 per broken or missing glasses, $200 clean up fee for any excessive matter in the limousine.
4. No smoking inside vehicle, a $200 charge will be added if smoking.   No exceptions.
5. When minors are present partition will not be closed.
6. Sunroof must stay closed while vehicle moving.
7. No illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed in the vehicle. Customers/passengers will be fined at owner's discretion with a minimum fine of $500 and will be subject to lawful action.
8. Lowcountry Excursions, LLC will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
9. Unruly persons will be expelled from vehicle at driver's discretion (no refunds).
10. Overtime will be billed accordingly in half hour increments.
11. Customers agree that contracted limousine may be substituted in the event the contracted limousine has experienced damage or mechanical problems making selected limousine unavailable.  Customer will be notified in advance.
12. All balances must be paid in full at the time of pick up.

In the event that any of these conditions are violated, the service will be terminated immediately and all monies will be forfeited.   This is to ensure everyone will have a safe and pleasant time.
